7R Park Rzeszów is a warehouse project that will be located in the vicinity of the Rzeszów-Jasionka International Airport in the north-western part of Rzeszów.

The total leasable area in the two planned buildings will be 52,500 sqm, however, it is possible to separate warehouse modules from as little as 2,200 sqm. The first of the planned warehouses will have a storage area of 20,500 sqm, while the second will have an area of 32,000 sqm. The location of the park directly by the S19 expressway and only 6 km from the A4 motorway allows for efficient logistics, both urban and international. The facility has been adapted to the needs of clients from various industries.

The warehouses are designed to a high A-class standard. They are characterized by the use of energy-saving solutions such as LED lighting and destratifiers ensuring even heat distribution.

The technical standard of the warehouses within 7R Park Rzeszów is as follows:

• column grid 22.5 x 12 m,
• storage height 10 m,
• load-bearing capacity of the dust-free floor 5,000 kg / sqm,
• fire load above 4,000 MJ / sqm,
• drive-in gates from level zero and electric loading docks with protective collars,
• energy-saving LED lighting,
• daylight illumination and additional illumination in the dock area with skylights,
• maneuvering yards with a width of 28 m + 7 m.
