The company has been in business for more than 30 years, specializing in construction chemicals - it manufactures and sells paints, primers, plasters (including acrylic, silicate and silicone), adhesives, mortars and complete components of FAGRA/FAGRAMIN insulation systems.

The site is located in the Białołęka district of Warsaw. The plot is adjacent to the GPZ, which gives the possibility of obtaining increased connection power.

The company being sold consists of two properties approximately 2.5 km apart with full instrumentation.

First plant:

• hall with office 1,050 sq.m.,
• main plant, office equipment paint mixers, spindle mixers,
• technology and 32 years of experience in the market.

Second plant:

• plot of 797 sq.m.,
• production hall 650 sq.m.,
• including office, utility rooms, mixing plant with 300 ton silo and electronic scale.
