Exeter Park Szczecin I is a logistics center which, within four warehouse halls, offers over 60,000 sqm of class A warehouse and production space for lease. Modern technical solutions guarantee tenants the possibility of high-bay storage and conducting production and logistics operations.
The logistics center, originally under the name "North-West Logistic Park", was built by the developer Waimea on an 18ha plot. The center was sold in 2016 to the American developer Exeter, which has been managing the warehouse complex since then.
At present, all spaces in the park are leased. Among the tenants, we can find both production companies and logistics operators.
