The SBU concept allows for the lease of smaller warehouse modules starting from approximately 900 sqm. This size allows for the separation of warehouse, retail, and office space for a smaller tenant.

In line with the City Flex concept, new projects by the developer 7R are intended to be as close to the city as possible - and this time is no different. The center is located in Szczecin on Botaniczna Street, directly by one of the main exit roads from Szczecin, the national road DK10.

Road transport
Despite the project's location within Szczecin itself, the distance to the nearest A6 motorway junction is only 3 km. Using the nearest junction, we can also head directly via the S3 road to the north as well as the national road DK10 to the east towards Warsaw.
