GLP Kraków III Logistics Centre is another project by the developer GLP completed in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship. The investment will ultimately provide over 54,000 sq m of A-class warehouse space within a single building. The available space, designed in accordance with the high standard offered by GLP, can be flexibly adapted to the needs of tenants from various industries.
The warehouse space offered within the GLP Kraków III Logistics Centre allows for high-bay storage up to 12 m and is equipped with a dust-free floor with a load-bearing capacity of 7.5 t/sq m. The facility ensures an appropriate level of fire safety, thanks to the modern ESFR sprinkler system used in the buildings, skylights, as well as smoke vents.
An additional advantage of the park is the natural lighting of the loading zone. Access to the warehouse space is possible via loading docks with protective seals and hydraulic levelers, as well as drive-in gates. The complex provides tenants with access to a spacious maneuvering yard and a convenient parking lot with numerous parking spaces for passenger cars and trucks.
The project also includes many pro-ecological solutions such as green areas, electric vehicle charging stations, and a roof adapted for a photovoltaic installation.
The warehouse market in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship continues to enjoy immense popularity among small and large entrepreneurs from various industries. The high business potential of Kraków and its surroundings makes it an increasingly preferred location for foreign investors. Well-developed road infrastructure provides entrepreneurs with excellent conditions for the efficient distribution of goods on the domestic and European market. Logistics, warehouse, and production sectors have also been formed in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship. The most popular, and therefore commercialized sectors, are the areas around the airport in Kraków, Nowa Huta and Rybitwy, Skawina, and Kokotów.
The facility is located just a 4-minute drive from the A4 Motorway, which creates convenient conditions for the distribution of goods throughout the country.
