Pomeranian Logistics Center is an investment carried out by Goodman on a plot of land with an area of 110 ha. Currently, 3 buildings with a total warehouse area of over 124,000 sqm are available to tenants. Further expansion of the park is possible up to 500,000 sqm of warehouse space, which makes the Pomeranian Logistics Center the largest center in this region and one of the largest in Poland.

Pomeranian Logistics Center is located in the immediate vicinity of the Gdańsk deepwater container terminal with an annual capacity of 3,000,000 TEU. Thanks to the 1,300 m long quay, the terminal allows for the handling of the largest container ships in the world. The Gdańsk terminal is also the only ice-free terminal in this part of the Baltic Sea. The location in such a place allows tenants to reduce the costs of logistics services for goods delivered by sea.
It is located in Gdańsk on Kontenerowa Street, about 9 km from the city center.
Warehouse and production halls are directly connected to the Deepwater Container Terminal Gdańsk (DCT) and are about 23 km away from the Lech Wałęsa Airport.
In close proximity to the Pomeranian Logistics Center on Kontenerowa Street, there is the A1 motorway, which connects Gdańsk and Katowice, and the Gdańsk bypass.
