JAKON Gdańsk-Pszczółki is a logistics park with a target area of approximately 30,000 sqm of warehouse and office space for lease.
The first of the proposed warehouse halls has a total area of 4,200 sqm, consisting of 3,533 sqm of warehouse and production space and 588 sqm of office and social space. The height of the hall to the underside of the roof structure is 8.9 m (the so-called storage height). Unloading and loading of goods will be possible thanks to 5 hydraulic docks.
A car park for employees and clients is provided in front of the office section. Additional space is provided for trucks directly in front of the loading docks.
