The location of the warehouse directly at the Rusocin junction makes it an ideal location for logistics companies. Among others, the company DB Schenker decided to lease space in the park, for which the developer prepared a transshipment terminal with an area of 4.5 thousand sqm. equipped with numerous loading docks.

The logistics center is located in Będzieszyn, just 15 km from the strict center of Gdańsk.
The park is situated in close proximity to the Rusocin junction, from which there is direct access to the A1 motorway (north-south) and the Tricity bypass.
Such a location of Segro Logistics Park Gliwice enables convenient communication both with the Tricity agglomeration and with the rest of Poland.
