Nad Hillwood Łódź Górna zawisła wiecha

Nad Centrum Logistycznym Hillwood Łódź Górna zawisła wiecha. Tym samym zakończył się ważny etap budowy pierwszego budynku kolejnej już inwestycji Hillwood w Polsce Centralnej. Docelowa powierzchnia powstającego parku magazynowego wyniesie niemal 170 tys. m2, a pierwsza z dwóch hal będzie gotowa w listopadzie 2019 roku. Z nieruchomości korzystać będą mogli najemcy z wielu branż, w tym logistycznej, handlowej, e-commerce, dystrybucyjnej i produkcyjnej.

Hillwood Łódź Górna to centrum logistyczne zlokalizowane w południowej części Łodzi, które składać się będzie z dwóch budynków magazynowych klasy A, o łącznej powierzchni ok. 163 000 m2. Pierwszy z nich, o powierzchni około 75 tys. m2, zostanie oddany do użytku w listopadzie 2019 roku. Zatrudnienie znaleźć tam może od kilkuset, do nawet tysiąca osób.
