Waimea Cargo Terminal Szczecin Airport is another project by Waimea - a developer well-known in the region and throughout Poland. This time, Waimea decided to build a modern multimodal terminal with a total area of approximately 5,880 sqm.

Multimodal warehouse

The warehouse, along with office and social space, will be an integral part of the infrastructure of the international Szczecin-Goleniów Airport, providing comprehensive air freight services. On an area of 2,000 sqm, the company WELCOME Airport Services will provide cargo handling services. The remaining part has been made available to other tenants.

Full support

The developer decided to equip the facility with modern solutions and devices guaranteeing efficient air freight handling. The facility was designed to meet all requirements for cargo handling in accordance with safety standards, as well as international regulations governing air transport. The total value of the investment will exceed 30 million PLN.

Inwestor Waimea Cargo Terminal Szczecin Airport, otrzymał dokumenty, które uprawniają do rozpoczęcia budowy inwestycji. 

Budowa Nowoczesnego terminalu multimodalnego Waimea Cargo Terminal Szczecin Airport rozpoczęła się na początku 2019 roku ma zostać zakończona w 2Q 2019 roku.

Waimea Holding S.A. nabyła działkę pod nową inwestycję

Waimea Holding S.A. zakupiła działkę pod budowę Waimea Cargo Terminal Szczecin-Goleniów. Realizacja projektu rozpocznie się na jesieni 2018 roku. Planowane oddanie obiektu do użytkowania przewidziane jest na koniec II kwartału 2019 roku. 

Inwestycja o łącznej powierzchni 5 880 mkw. razem z powierzchnią biurowo-socjalną będzie stanowić nierozłączny element infrastruktury międzynarodowego Portu Lotniczego Szczecin-Goleniów.
