Park Szczecin is a logistics center consisting of four buildings with a total warehouse area of over 98,000 sqm. The facility is prepared to serve as a logistics and distribution center or a light manufacturing plant.

Prologis Park Szczecin

The warehouse park was built in 2007 by the developer Prologis, popular on the Polish market. In 2018, it was purchased by the Asian fund Mapletree, which was entering Poland, and has remained its property since then.

Warehouse rental Szczecin

The warehouse spaces available within the park have enjoyed constant interest from tenants for years, among whom we can find many well-known companies on the market. The available warehouses are A-class spaces with the following parameters:

Road transport

Thanks to its location in the immediate vicinity of the S3 expressway, it is possible to quickly depart both northwards towards the port in Świnoujście (distance of 70km) or southwards to the A6 motorway (40km to the German border). The southern route also allows access to national road number 10 leading to Stargard and Bydgoszcz.

Air transport

The warehouse park is located 7km from the airport in Goleniów, which can be reached via the S3 road and then turning onto national road number 6.

Public transport

In the morning, afternoon, and evening hours, free public transport runs on the route Goleniów - Goleniów Industrial Park - Goleniów. The bus departs from the PKP railway station in Goleniów, and the subsequent stops are the most important industrial facilities within the industrial zone.
