The new warehouse project is the developer's response to the growing interest from tenants in warehouse space in the Szczecin area. The prepared warehouses are offered to a high standard, consistent with what is required of an A-class warehouse. Each of the halls features:

- 8,100 sqm (9 docks, 1 "zero" level gate)
- 14,745 sqm (17 docks, 3 "zero" level gates).
There is also the possibility of configuring the module in a "cross-dock" layout. Office and social space will be built within the warehouse section according to the tenant's needs.

The logistics center is located just 1 km from the "Szczecin Dąbie" junction of the A6 motorway leading to Berlin. 3 km from the park, there is also an intersection of the S3 expressway and national road 10. The distance to the center of Szczecin is 17 km.
