Panattoni Europe, a leader in the industrial real estate market in Poland, has built a warehouse center in Mysłowice dedicated to the Intermarche store chain. The facility with a total area of over 26,000 sqm has been divided into a warehouse section, including a cold store occupying 7,600 sqm, as well as an office and staff area of 1,200 sqm. The hall is 10m high and serves as a logistics center, from where products are transported to stores located in the southern and south-western part of Poland. There is a possibility to expand the facility to approximately 40,000 sqm.
The Upper Silesian warehouse market is the second largest warehouse market in Poland. The perfectly developed industry and infrastructure of this region influence its high attractiveness and attract entrepreneurs from many industries. The proximity of the A4 motorway significantly facilitates the distribution of goods on the domestic and foreign market.
The investment was built on Kosztowska Street in Mysłowice, right next to the junction of the A4 motorway and the S1 expressway.
