Warehouse space for lease
Two high-bay warehouses with a total area of 64,000 sqm is a Class A warehouse facility. The standard of warehouse space is:
- clear height of 10 meters,
- column grid of 12x22.5 m,
- floor load capacity of 6T/sqm.,
- fire resistance above 4000 MJ/sqm.
On the warehouse floor there are protective dock shelters and hydraulic dock levelers. The entire facility has 24/7 security and monitoring.
Location by two motorways
The investment is located in the vicinity of the A4 motorway, which provides many opportunities for company development in road transport. The warehouse is very well connected to the center of Mysłowice and other cities of the Silesian Agglomeration thanks to the public transport stops of the Metropolitan Transport Authority located nearby. Regarding the location, it should also be mentioned that the facility includes numerous parking spaces.
Minimum warehouse modules are available from approximately 2340 sqm.
