Global shipping company leases office and warehouse space at Hillwood Mysłowice

International shipping company Worldwide Logistics has leased over 13,000 sqm of warehouse and office-social space at the Hillwood Mysłowice logistics center. The park in Mysłowice has now been fully commercialized.

Worldwide Logistics is a global freight forwarder (3PL) operating in over 100 countries. It offers customized logistics for clients from sectors including: food, fashion, renewable energy, chemical, and pharmaceutical. Since 2012, Worldwide Logistics has been handling e-commerce shipments. At the park in Mysłowice, the company has leased over 13,000 sqm of warehouse and office-social space. This will be the first Worldwide Logistics warehouse in Poland.

Hillwood Mysłowice is a logistics park with an area of 24,000 sqm. The project is located on Mikołowska Street, just 2.2 km from the Mysłowice junction on the A4 motorway and 5.3 km from the Brzęczkowice junction, connecting the A4 motorway and the S1 expressway.

The park in Mysłowice is a high-bay warehouse hall with a height of 10 m. As in all of the developer's buildings, LED lighting has been installed in the facility. On the premises of the warehouse center, the developer has built a large and convenient parking lot for tenants and their clients.
