Logicor has signed lease agreements covering a total of 88,000 sqm of warehouse space in the Łódź Voivodeship. The new tenant is a global e-commerce platform that will use the facilities in Stryków and Łódź to expand its logistics network in Poland.

68,000 sqm in Stryków and 20,000 sqm in Łódź

The transaction covers space in two logistics parks belonging to Logicor:

  • Logicor Stryków – 68,000 sqm of warehouse space,

  • Logicor Łódź I – 20,000 sqm of warehouse space.

In total, the tenant will gain approximately 88,000 sqm of logistics facilities, which will support order fulfillment and the distribution of goods on the Polish market.

The name of the company has not been disclosed. The length of the concluded agreements and the start date of operations in the new locations were also not provided.

Warehouses along major transport routes

Logicor Stryków is located in the immediate vicinity of the intersection of the A1 and A2 motorways. The location along two main transport corridors enables the efficient distribution of goods in various parts of Poland and the handling of international transport.

The second facility, Logicor Łódź I, will be used to support the tenant's national distribution network.

The central location of both parks allows for the organization of logistics operations with access to the most important consumer markets in Poland.

The Łódź Voivodeship attracts tenants

The Łódź region remains one of the main warehouse hubs in the country. Its advantages include a central location, developed road infrastructure, and access to national and international transport routes.

According to data cited by Logicor, in the first quarter of 2026, the Łódź Voivodeship was among the four most active warehouse markets in Poland in terms of tenant demand.

Together with Mazovia, Lower Silesia, and Greater Poland, the region accounted for over 70 percent of the national demand for warehouse space.

The new transaction shows the importance of central Poland for the development of logistics infrastructure serving the e-commerce sector.
