Trzciel, Jasieniec12 ha of investment land in the PU zone

An attractive investment property is for sale in the village of Jasieniec, in the municipality of Trzciel, Lubusz Province. The property consists of three lots with a total area of 121,300 square meters.

The site boasts an excellent location—just 2 km from the A2 highway (Berlin–Warsaw route) and the E30 expressway. As a result, the property offers outstanding logistics and industrial potential, as well as ideal access to major transportation routes in Poland and Europe. An additional advantage is its proximity to the German border—approximately 80 km from the border crossing in Świecko.

In accordance with the current local zoning plan, the plots are designated for industrial development—including production facilities, storage facilities, warehouses, and service facilities. The site offers extensive investment opportunities and could serve as an excellent location for the development of a modern logistics center, a manufacturing plant, or a service complex.

Archaeological Site No. 18/18 is also located on the property. It includes the remains of a Przeworsk culture settlement from the La Tène period (phases B–C) as well as traces of medieval settlement. The area under archaeological protection covers approximately 1.7 ha. The presence of the site does not preclude investment opportunities, but it must be taken into account during the planning process, and contact with the relevant conservation authorities is required.

The land on offer represents a unique opportunity for investors seeking a well-connected location with a clearly defined industrial purpose. The site’s potential, access to major transportation routes, and favorable local conditions make this property exceptional within the region.
