The logistics center located on Druckiego Street is the second urban project by the developer 7R in Szczecin. It is also the first project of this size located in Szczecin on the left bank of the Oder river. The park design includes deep maneuvering yards (25m).

The designed buildings will have an area of 30,000 and 24,000 sqm respectively. Within each module, the developer will prepare high-standard office and social space according to the tenant's expectations and needs. The designed A-class warehouse space will be characterized by:

• dust-free concrete floor with dispersed reinforcement and a load-bearing capacity of 7T/sqm,
