Panattoni Park Białystok is the first project of this developer in the Białystok region. It is also the first A-class logistics center in this region of Poland.

Warehouses for rent Białystok

A total of 40,000 sqm of warehouse space for rent is available to tenants within three warehouse buildings. The warehouses built in 2018 have sizes of 3,800 sqm, 22,300 sqm, and 14,500 sqm respectively. The warehouse halls were built to a high A-class standard:

security and safety system,
clear-height of 10 m,
floor with a load capacity of 5,000 kg / sqm,
daylight illumination (skylights and smoke vents),
energy-efficient LED lighting,
fire protection system (sprinklers).

The warehouse halls are able to meet the needs of the most demanding tenants from various industries, thanks to the possibility of flexible shaping of warehouse modules, which are available from 1,000 sqm.

Tenants

The first tenants were companies from the logistics sector (DPD, ILS, Pekaes, Rohlig Suus), but a company involved in production (Pilkington - a global leader in glass production) also found its place.

The logistics center is located in Białystok on Produkcyjna Street (north-western part of the city).

Warehouse for rent Białystok

The warehouse halls are located about 1 km from the E67 European route, which connects Wrocław, Łódź, Warsaw, and Białystok.

In the close vicinity of Panattoni Park Białystok, there is the city bypass, and 60 km from the Park is the border crossing in Kuźnica.

Such a location guarantees very good conditions for the distribution of goods both within the country and abroad.
