Panattoni Park Tricity South II will be certified using the BREEAM New Construction International method at the VERY GOOD level. This means that the complex will be equipped with BMS building automation managing automatic control systems in the facilities (electricity, lighting, ventilation, heating), as well as a system limiting water consumption or automatic license plate reading. Furthermore, Panattoni will carry out Land Stewardship activities, preserving as much biologically active area (e.g., existing greenery) as possible during the investment implementation. Beehives and birdhouses will be installed, not to mention bicycle shelters and car sharing.
Both warehouses under construction are A-class high-bay warehouse halls of the highest quality. LED lighting, dust-free flooring, and high-quality office and social space will be available as standard.
Pomerania offers not only plots, apartments, and houses. Warehouses for rent in the Pomeranian region in times when trade development is flourishing – not only in Poland but also abroad – are invaluable and highly sought after. It is therefore worth looking for them on appropriate portals dedicated to success. And such is our service magazyny.online – here you can find not only attractive warehouse space for rent, but also a number of other facilities that may interest potential tenants.
Panattoni Park Tricity South II is primarily an excellent location. The distribution center will be built near Pruszcz Gdański - in Będzieszyn, in the vicinity of the Rusocin junction of the A1 motorway, as well as close to key national roads (S6 and S7). Thanks to this, the park's tenants will have access to the Pomeranian bypass and gain valuable minutes to the Czech border. Furthermore, via the southern bypass of the Tricity, Pruszcz Gdański allows reaching the eastern part of the country.
Additionally, the town provides access to the railway network, which connects it with Gdańsk, Warsaw, Bratislava, and Vienna. A natural advantage of this location is also the proximity of the Port of Gdańsk, which tenants will indirectly use. It handles goods arriving from all over the world – including China, USA, Singapore, or a dozen or so European countries
