For the “P/U3” area (approx. 1 ha), the plan provides for:

• Primary use: production facilities, storage areas, warehouses, service buildings,
• Combining functions within a single building is permitted,
• Minimum percentage of biologically active area: 30% of the building lot area,
• Maximum percentage of built-up area: 60% of the building lot area,
• Maximum floor area ratio: 3,
• Maximum building height: 12 m for commercial buildings; 40 m for other buildings,
• The construction of point structures necessary for business operations, such as silos, masts, and chimneys, is permitted, with a maximum height of 49 m above ground level,
• Minimum area of a newly subdivided building lot: 2,000 square meters.

For the “U-1” area (approx. 1.3 ha), the plan provides for:

• Maximum percentage of built-up area: 60% of the building lot’s area,

National Road No. 50 runs entirely through the Mazovia Province, forming an incomplete ring around the Warsaw metropolitan area, at a distance ranging from approximately 30 to over 80 km from the center of Warsaw.
The route begins in Ciechanów and then runs near such towns as Płońsk, Wyszogród, Sochaczew, Żyrardów, Mszczonów, Grójec, Góra Kalwaria, Kołbiel, Mińsk Mazowiecki, Stanisławów, and Łochów, ending at the Ostrów Mazowiecka bypass.
