The Panattoni Park Poznań City Logistics I logistics center is a project that offers, within two warehouse halls, space suitable for the use of various storage systems and individual layout of the production process. The office and social areas have been designed in a way that allows practical arrangement of the space. The Panattoni logistics center features ample maneuvering areas, parking lots for cars and trucks, security and 24-hour monitoring.

The designed A-class warehouse space has:

• 12 x 22.5 m column grid,
  
• storage height of 10 m,
  
• a dust-free floor with a load capacity of 5 T / sq. m,
  
• sprinkler system and required fire-fighting equipment,
  
• docks with protective collars and hydraulic lifts,
  
• gates from the "0" level.

Panattoni's new project is BREEM-certified at the Very Good level. This is evidenced by the systems used, i.e. reducing unnecessary energy and water consumption and lowering CO2 emissions, expanded green zones with benches, stands and shelters for bicycles, charging stations for electric cars and installation of photovoltaic panels.
