The Panattoni Park Poznań City Logistics I logistics center is a project that offers, within two warehouse halls, space adapted for the use of various storage systems and individual layout of the production process. Office and social areas have been designed in a way that allows for practical space arrangement. On the premises of the Panattoni logistics center, there are spacious maneuvering yards, parking lots for passenger cars and trucks, security, and 24/7 monitoring.

The designed A-class warehouse space features:

• a column grid of 12 x 22.5 m,
• a storage height of 10 m,
• a dust-free floor with a load capacity of 5 T / sqm,
• a sprinkler system and required fire protection equipment,
• docks with protective collars and hydraulic levelers,
• gates from the "0" level.

The new Panattoni project is covered by a BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level. This is evidenced by the applied systems, i.e., those limiting unnecessary energy and water consumption and reducing CO₂ emissions, expanded green zones with benches, racks and shelters for bicycles, electric car charging stations, and a photovoltaic panel installation.
