Firma H&M, która jest szwedzkim przedsiębiorstwem odzieżowym, podpisała umowę najmu na 30tys.mkw. powierzchni magazynowej w Segro Logistics Park- Gądki.

Obiekt został wyposażony w nowoczesne oświetlenie wewnętrzne LED, sterowane inteligentnym systemem DALI oraz w rozwiązania zapewniające większy dostęp do światła dziennego w sferach kompletacji.
