Regesta has leased 33,000 sqm within Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska V. It will start operating in the new location in Q1 2024, moving operations from Tychy. It will be the company's first logistics center of this size.

Panattoni and Regesta are working together once again in the Silesian region. After delivering 17,000 sqm in Tychy (following an expansion from 6,500 sqm), the developer will now develop 33,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska V, and this will be the operator's first logistics center of this size. The company will occupy most of one of the buildings, and has also secured the right of first occupancy, securing the possibility of future expansion. Regesta will begin operations within the park in January 2024, moving its regional operations and vehicle fleet base to the park.

Panattoni Park Ruda ¦l±ska V is located in the vicinity of the A4 freeway and 15 km from the A1 freeway, which allows for efficient distribution on domestic and foreign markets, including the Czech Republic - it takes about 30 minutes to reach the Czech border.

The realization for REGESTA will be characterized by a very high standard, confirmed by BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. The facility will use energy-saving and water-saving solutions, and the developer will also take care to reduce CO2 emissions both by optimizing the construction process and implementing the latest building technologies.
