The completion of the seventh phase of this project is a unique moment that highlights our ability to carry out strategic, multi-phase investments. The cooperation with K-FLEX is extremely fruitful – we are proud to have been jointly creating this impressive industrial space for years. The summary of the joint efforts of Panattoni BTS and K-FLEX is already 120,000 square meters of customized client space, 7 buildings, the development of production and logistics, and above all, an exceptional level of trust and mutual understanding that allows us to realize the most ambitious projects – says
Marek Foryński, BTS Managing Director, Panattoni. The complex in Uniejów is the heart of K-FLEX's global operations and a key distribution point serving the company's customers worldwide. The latest realization is a response to the growing production of K-FLEX, including rubber, polyethylene insulation, and aluminum tapes, as well as plans for expansion into the underfloor heating market. The company is continuously increasing its production capacity and warehouse space.
The K-FLEX complex in Uniejów includes modern warehouse and production halls, designed to meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability. The latest building will undergo environmental certification at the BREEAM Excellent level. The roof of the building has been adapted for the installation of a photovoltaic system, and the hall is equipped with additional LNG infrastructure, which will further optimize energy costs.
Additional green areas have been created near the office and social building. A bus bay has also been constructed, enabling the launch of transport for employees.
The K-FLEX campus in Uniejów is not only an investment in infrastructure but also real support for local suppliers and the community. Over 1,200 people have already found employment here. -
The entire project is an excellent example of how, through close cooperation with the client, large-scale investments can be realized that meet specific business needs and contribute to regional development – adds
Marek Foryński.
