7R launches first project in Czech Republic

7R Group has obtained a building permit for its first warehouse in the Czech Republic. 7R Park Lavičky D1 Highway is located in a location attractive to future tenants - on the highway connecting Brno and Prague. The investment is worth more than 30 million euros.

7R is pursuing its strategy of expanding into the Czech market. This is the first foreign project for the company, which has been growing rapidly in Poland for 15 years, building innovative, environmentally friendly warehouse and manufacturing facilities tailored to the needs of the customer.

- Our inaugural project in the Czech Republic marks a significant milestone after years of rapid growth in Poland. We have just obtained a building permit for this park. In Poland, we have completed more than 100 facilities with a total area of 1.8 million square meters. We have developed an accomplished product, gained a great deal of experience at each stage of the development process and today we are ready to enter a new market. - said Tomasz Lubowiecki, President and Founder of 7R Group.

7R Park Lavičky D1 Highway is a state-of-the-art 26,000 sqm building. In line with the developer's decarbonization strategy, it will be equipped with numerous green solutions to reduce CO2 emissions and operating costs. such as LED lighting with intelligent control system, photovoltaic installation, public charging stations for electric vehicles, and the use of gray water in flushing systems. 7R will also take care of the biodiversity of the green areas, planting flower meadows and trees and shrubs at the park. Rainwater will be used to maintain the green areas. The designed solutions will allow us to apply for a BREEAM certificate at a high Excellent level.

- The Czech market attracted us with its potential, which offers new growth opportunities for 7R. It is characterized by limited supply and high demand from investors and tenants. A very big advantage of this project is its excellent location, just off the D1 highway at a distance of 50 km from Brno and 135 km from Prague. Combined with attractive design and pro-environmental solutions, it represents everything that demonstrates the high quality of 7R's products. I am convinced that it will meet the interest of tenants in the Czech market. At the same time, we are looking for more attractive land here and expanding our operations. - Added Chris Zeuner, CIO of 7R, responsible for the Group's development in the Czech Republic.

The planned completion date for the project is the third quarter of 2025. The value of the investment is more than 30 million euros.
