7R Park Beskid III ready for lease

7R is completing the Beskid III warehouse and logistics park in Czechowice-Dziedzice. The 22,000 sqm facility is located close to the border with the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The future tenant will have access to the 3-million-strong individual customer base of the Upper Silesian conurbation.

7R Park Beskid III is located on the S1 route connecting Silesia with the south of the country, just 40 km from the Czech border in Cieszyn and less than 60 km from the Slovak border in Korbielów. The location opens up opportunities for transporting goods to Central Europe, as well as to northern Poland, including nearby Silesian cities.

The park offers 21,000 sqm of modern warehouse space and 1,000 sqm of office space. A highlight is the increased storage height - up to 10.6 meters, which covers an area of about 8,200 sqm. The facility is equipped with a forklift charging station for 20 stalls and an optimized dock layout. 7R Park Beskid III will be completed in June 2024, completing 7R's network of warehouses in the Silesian Beskid region. 

This is our next facility in the region, indicating strong interest in warehouses close to the country's southern border. We know that it's important to tenants that parks are also a friendly place for employees. One factor that influences this is ease of access. 7R Park Beskid III is located near the Bielsko-Biala Komorowice junction, from which it is easy to reach any part of the city.
