7R Park Wrocław West II 100 per cent leased

7R has fully leased 7R Park Wrocław West II. Yusen Logistics has become the tenant. It will occupy nearly 43,000 sqm in the park. This is one of the largest lease agreements this year.

7R Park Wrocław West II is 7R's green, low-carbon investment implemented in line with the developer's new decarbonisation strategy. The entire park has been leased to Yusen Logistics, a company offering a comprehensive customs agency, a wide range of logistics and freight forwarding services as well as services in the dynamically developing e-commerce industry. It will occupy nearly 42,000 sqm of warehouse space and over 1,000 sqm of office space.

7R Park Wrocław West II is an investment realised in the spirit of sustainable development. The project is being built in Kąty Wrocławskie in an excellent location: the warehouse provides a direct connection to the A4 motorway (Kąty Wrocławskie Junction). The general contractor is Kajima Poland, which ensures the highest quality in construction management and attaches great importance to environmental protection. Construction is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2024.

The pro-environmental solutions applied at 7R Park Wrocław West II will ensure energy savings and lower occupancy costs. Operational CO2 emissions will be over. 50 per cent lower in relation to buildings constructed in accordance with the technical conditions of the construction law.

Among the technical solutions applied are: highly efficient LED lighting, increased air tightness of the building, improved specification of heating and ventilation systems equipped with heat recovery systems as well as highly efficient heat pumps and a photovoltaic panel system. An extended BMS command and control system will also be used in 7R Park Wrocław West II. All this will enable 7R to apply for BREEAM certification at the highest Outstanding level.
