A powerful logistics center is growing in Wincentow near Radom

Bojanowicz Investments has purchased a 12-hectare area in Wincentowo near Radom, in a newly zoned industrial zone. A large Class A logistics center is currently under construction on the site.

According to the latest available information, the new industrial zone in Radom has been created in the northern part of the city, between Warszawska, Witosa and Rataja streets. The 12-hectare area, which was acquired in 2021 by Bojanowicz Investments, was previously used as allotment gardens. The area is located within a special industrial zone prepared by the city of Radom and is adjacent to a manufacturing plant and the headquarters of the renowned Zbyszko Company, affiliated with Bojanowicz Investments.

The investor has already begun work on the construction of an impressive Class A logistics center in the area.

The investment is called BI Park Radom. The contractor is a subsidiary of Pekabex, a Poznan-based listed company, Pekabex Bet. The first tenant will occupy 5,500 sqm of hall space and 1,000 sqm of office space. Talks are currently underway with the second tenant.

The halls have a net height of 10 meters, which means the distance from the floor to the lowest point of the structure. The investor and the contractor have agreed that work on the project will be completed by the end of May 2024.
