Antczak Group has another logistics center to its credit
Antczak Group has completed work on the construction of NOHO Logistic Park in Krakow on Christo Botewa Street. Four halls with a rentable area of 28.5 thousand sqm have been built. The Group reports that this is the only facility of its kind located so close to the city center.The completed NOHO Logistic Park is the fifth logistics facility completed by the Cracow branch of Antczak Group and another commissioned in the warehouse-industrial sector.
NOHO Logistic Park houses both the headquarters of online stores, offices with a sales section, warehouse halls, a cold store and a freezer.
The center was built in Kraków's Rybitwy district, in close proximity to the S7 expressway, which is the city's eastern bypass, and the Bieżanów junction of the A4 highway.
Antczak Group says that NOHO Logistic Park is the only warehouse and production facility of its kind located so close to the center of Krakow.
"For us, as the general contractor, the challenge was to combine the individual modules, selected strictly for the potential tenant, in such a way that their target character of operation did not interfere with others, and the efficiency of use was at the highest level." - says Dominik Wróbel, director of the Cracow branch of Antczak Group.
