The Central European Logistics HUB by Panattoni and the 3,300 sqm leased by Langowski Logistics is primarily a response to market needs regarding transshipment, consolidation, and deconsolidation of cargo transported in the China – Europe and Europe – China relation on the New Silk Road. The location of the warehouse, just 1,000 meters from the rail container terminal in Łódź, is an excellent solution not only for importers but also for exporters from Poland and Europe, as Langowski Logistics has simultaneously launched an export console in the Łódź – Chengdu (Sichuan province in central China) relation.
Langowski Logistics specializes in the transport of containerized cargo, both full-container load (FCL) and less-than-container load (LCL) worldwide. It offers clients comprehensive logistics solutions, including sea transport, rail transport, air transport, and road transport. The Langowski Logistics offer also includes storage, transshipment, and distribution of goods in modern warehouses and customs warehouses. Apart from Łódź, the company's warehouses are located in Gdynia, Gdańsk, and Pruszków near Warsaw. The company's management board announces that more warehouses will be opened soon (within this half-year).
It is worth adding that the Łódź warehouse of Langowski Logistics is adapted for temporary storage and will soon also receive a permit for a customs warehouse. The Central European Logistics Hub by Panattoni is located right next to the A1 route – the only Polish motorway running north-south. Access to the junction connecting the A1 and A2 motorways takes just 20 minutes of driving. For Langowski Logistics, the location in the center of Poland with access to the intersection of European east-west and north-south routes was important. The location within the city limits was also significant, which will significantly facilitate access for employees.
The ideal location of the Central European Logistics Hub is confirmed by
Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director at Panattoni: -
„The investment is located in the center of Poland with access to the intersection of European east-west and north-south routes, and its location within the city limits facilitates production and warehousing activities for companies, while providing employees with quick and easy access to work” and adds: „The realization of the Central European Logistics Hub has approached the halfway point of the planned 600,000 sqm, and very different companies have found their place here, both manufacturers of household appliances, chains of electronics and home appliance stores, articles for children, and of course logistics companies like Langowski Logistics, which makes us very happy".
