Logisteed expands its space in Dolny Śląsk. New lease in Prologis Park Wrocław IV

Logistics operator Logisteed Poland has leased over 5.5 thousand sqm of warehouse and office space in Prologis Park Wrocław IV, strengthening its operations in one of the most important logistics regions in Poland.

Modern space for advanced processes

The new agreement includes:

  • approximately 5,200 sqm of warehouse space,
  • approximately 330 sqm of offices and social facilities.

The facility will be used to carry out comprehensive logistics operations, including warehousing, distribution, and preparation of goods for various sales channels.

High standards and operational security

Logisteed Poland specializes in handling advanced logistics processes, such as:

  • co-packing and labeling,
  • order picking,
  • handling of high-value goods.

The company operates in accordance with TAPA standards, which means a special emphasis on operational security and appropriate technical parameters of the warehouses.

Strategic location by the A4

Prologis Park Wrocław IV is located in Kąty Wrocławskie, directly by the A4 motorway, one of the most important transport routes in Europe.

The proximity of:

  • Wrocław,
  • the city bypass,
  • the airport

ensures efficient handling of supply chains both in Poland and on international markets.

The Wrocław region remains one of the most dynamically developing warehouse markets in the country. This is determined by:

Further projects in the pipeline

Prologis is also developing further investments in the region, including Prologis Park Wrocław V, where the construction of new facilities with a total area of over 58 thousand sqm is planned.
