The new facility was built near Magnice, in the Kobierzyce municipality. It is one of the most technologically advanced e-commerce warehouses in Europe, serving as Shein's main operational center on the continent.
The hub was designed with maximum automation of logistics processes in mind. On an area of as much as 740,000 m², robots and automated sorting lines are at work, accelerating order picking and shipment handling.
Thanks to the new investment, Shein's employment in the region will increase from 3,000 to approximately 5,000 employees. The company emphasizes that the development of the center will also translate into cooperation with local businesses – more than 170 companies, mainly from the SME sector, are already involved in the project.
The new hub is intended to make it easier for Polish and European producers to sell via the Shein platform. Thanks to the location and scale of the investment, order fulfillment time will be shortened, and access to logistics infrastructure will become more competitive.
Shein has been operating in Poland since 2022 and is consistently expanding its presence here. The launch of the center near Wrocław strengthens the country's position as one of the company's most important logistics hubs in Europe.
The facility is expected to reach full capacity by the end of 2025, which will further strengthen the role of Lower Silesia on the map of European logistics.
