Construction of the AJS Parts warehouse near Warsaw begins. A 30,000 sqm facility will be built.

Modern logistics project in a „design & build” formula

The investment is being carried out by Bremer, a general contractor for industrial and commercial facilities. The project is being developed in a design & build formula, which means the building is fully tailored to the investor's operational needs.

The new warehouse is intended to support the development of AJS Parts – a company specializing in the distribution of automotive parts for passenger cars and delivery vehicles. Thanks to the new infrastructure, the company will increase its operational capacity and streamline customer service in various European countries.

Office building with distinctive architecture

An integral part of the investment will also be a three-story office building with an area of approximately 2,870 sqm. The facility will be distinguished by a glass facade with decorative structural elements.

The project includes a representative entrance lobby extending across all floors, which is intended to serve as a space for business meetings. A recreational terrace for employees and guests will be built on the roof of the office building.

The design and comprehensive interior fit-out of the office space are being handled by COBU Design, which will take care of both the design, finishing works, and furnishing.

Strategic location at the Konotopa junction

The investment is being built at the intersection of Piwna and Piastowska streets in Jawczyce, in the immediate vicinity of the Konotopa junction, where important transport routes intersect – the S8 expressway and the Southern Warsaw Bypass.

Thanks to this, the facility will be well-connected both to the center of Warsaw (approximately 20 km) and to the main transport corridors in Poland.

Automation and modern warehouse systems

The warehouse will be equipped with solutions supporting modern logistics, including:

  • an AutoStore automated shelving system,

  • VNA high-bay storage systems,

  • Pallet Shuttle technology,

  • a separate office and laboratory section in the Production & Manufacturing standard.

The use of these solutions will allow for maximum utilization of the warehouse space and streamline operational processes.

Ecological solutions and BREEAM certification

The project also includes solutions for sustainable development. Plans include, among others:

  • an energy storage system,

  • carports with photovoltaic panels,

  • preparation of infrastructure for electric vehicle chargers,

  • the possibility of installing a photovoltaic system on the roof.

Additionally, new greenery, a pedestrian and bicycle path, and bicycle infrastructure for employees will be created around the facility.

The building is intended to be BREEAM certified at the Very Good level.
