In Gdynia on Północna street, just 9 km from the city center, less than 30 minutes' drive from the airport and 10 minutes from the port, a new urban warehouse facility, Gdynia City Logistics, will be built. The company Torus has just received the zoning decision.
Gdynia City Logistics will offer approximately 23.5 thousand sq m of modern logistics and office space. The investment is being carried out in the spirit of sustainable development and will undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. Pro-ecological solutions will ensure energy efficiency and significantly reduce operating costs.
The industrial and warehouse microlocation makes the project suitable for many types of operations, including port services, inner-city logistics/last-mile logistics, and e-commerce. The planned Red Road and the Northern Bypass of the Tricity Agglomeration (OPAT) will provide a direct connection between the Port of Gdynia and the national road network, including the S6 expressway, enabling smooth deliveries within the Tricity and further into Poland.
"We are consistently diversifying our development activities in the Tricity, simultaneously carrying out investments in the office, logistics, and mixed-use segments. Gdynia City Logistics will be a warehouse reflection of our approach to business - a great location within the city, excellent connectivity, and functionality that can fit the needs of diverse tenants. In addition, a range of modern solutions and BREEAM certification of the facility, which will be a guarantee of quality and compliance with stringent environmental standards, in accordance with ESG principles." – says Sławomir Gajewski, CEO of Torus.
