Iglotech selects 7R City Flex Katowice I

7R has leased another 3,000 sqm of space in the 7R City Flex Katowice I project. The new tenant is the company Iglotech.

Iglotech is a renowned distributor of modern solutions in the field of air conditioning, ventilation, heat pumps, refrigeration and refrigerants with 30 years of experience and an established position in the market. At 7R City Flex Katowice I, the tenant will occupy nearly 3,000 sqm of warehouse space with an office area. It will move into the new warehouse in May 2023.

Iglotech is another company with extensive experience and an established position in the market that has chosen 7R City Flex Katowice I, a last-mile, modern, well-located warehouse that fits perfectly with current tenant demand. 7R City Flex Katowice I is an urban warehouse, which will have a total usable area of 22,300 sqm. Warehouses will occupy about 20.6 thousand sqm, and offices will occupy nearly 1 thousand sqm. 7R City Flex Katowice I has been equipped with pro-environmental solutions i.e. energy-saving LED lamps, destratification, photovoltaic panels and aerators to reduce water consumption. The investment has received BREEAM certification at the "Very Good" level.

7R will also take care of the well-being of the facility's employees by attractively arranging the outdoor space. Small architecture and a relaxation area for employees have been designed on the site.

7R City Flex Katowice I is located in the center of the Upper Silesian Conurbation, close to key roads and the airport. It will provide future tenants with excellent transport links, translating into high efficiency of logistics operations. Last December, JAS-FBG, a leading logistics operator operating in the Polish market, became the first tenant of the facility.
Currently, work on the construction of the 7R City Flex Katowice I warehouse has been completed. The general contractor for the project is Atlas Ward Polska.
