LCP completes construction of warehouse park in Bydgoszcz
Construction of the second phase of the SBU Multipark Bydgoszcz complex being developed by LCP Properties is nearing completion.
The opening is scheduled for spring 2023.
The second phase of Multipark Bydgoszcz is being built as part of the Bydgoszcz Business Park, which is located in the eastern part of the city at a distance of 1 km from the city's main artery - Fordonska Street and in close proximity to the S5 and S10 routes.
The planned new SBU building will have an area of 2,200 square meters, including office space that can be customized. Storage units with a minimum area of 300 square meters will be available, which can be combined with each other in various configurations. A gate at level zero will provide easy access to the facility. Each module will be equipped with parking spaces, and tenants and their customers will have access to a public parking lot.
Bydgoszcz Business Park is a business and industrial facility that offers not only functional premises, but also leisure areas and pet spaces. The complex will also include bicycle parking spaces and a station for the Bydgoszcz Agglomeration Bicycle.
