LCube has purchased land for a new investment near Wrocław

Warehouse developer LCube has purchased another plot of land in Dobrzykowice near Wrocław. It plans to build a warehouse park there with an area of nearly 60,000 sqm. The new building will be constructed on a site adjacent to another of the developer's investments, Logistic Park Wrocław I, the construction of which will begin in the first quarter of 2023.

The new warehouse complex – Logistic Park Wrocław II, with an area of 62,186 sqm, will be built on a 13-hectare plot, which, like Logistic Park Wrocław I, is located directly next to the Eastern Wrocław Bypass.

The plot is located in Dobrzykowice, situated 13 km east of Wrocław. It is perfectly connected to the local and national road network. Near the investment, in December of last year, a section of the Eastern Wrocław Bypass was opened to traffic, which provides easy access to the S8 expressway leading to Warsaw and the A8 route, i.e., the Motorway Bypass of Wrocław.

„The location and excellent connectivity of Dobrzykowice are a huge asset of our investment. On the neighboring plot, we are soon starting the implementation of Logistic Park Wrocław I. High interest from tenants in this location, as well as the dynamic development of Wrocław and the entire Lower Silesia region, have led us to decide to continue investing in this place. Demand in the region remains high – in the first three quarters of last year, companies leased nearly 650,000 sqm of warehouse space in the region. Most of it in Wrocław and the surrounding area” – says Adrian Biesaga, board member, Head of Development at LCube.

The entire park will be built to the highest standard and adapted to perform functions related to storage, logistics, production, and e-commerce.

„For a long time, we have been observing new trends influencing the formation of demand for modern warehouses in our country. One of them is friendshoring, i.e., „moving production to friends”, and specifically locating it in countries that are geographically close, safe, and cooperating with each other politically and militarily. For Western Europe, Poland is exactly such a place. And rapidly developing western voivodeships, such as Lower Silesia, where Logistic Park Wrocław I is being built and Logistic Park Wrocław II is planned, will become the main beneficiaries of the restructuring of supply chains. Therefore, observing the market, we are counting on the rapid commercialization of our warehouses in Dobrzykowice” – adds Adrian Biesaga.
