MLP Group has purchased an additional 6 hectares of land adjacent to the MLP Poznań West logistics center. This will allow the construction of another 30 thousand sqm of modern warehouse space. As a result, the target space of this very popular complex has increased to over 170 thousand sqm. The existing plot of land has already been fully developed, with all facilities 100% leased.
MLP Group has signed an agreement to purchase a plot of land in Dąbrówka on the western side of Poznań. The acquired 6 hectares of land is adjacent to the MLP Poznań West logistics center, which is being expanded and is very popular with tenants. It will be possible to build an additional 30,000 sqm of modern warehouse space on them. As a result, the target commercial area of the logistics complex will thus increase to more than 170 thousand sq m, and the plot will expand to a total of 35 hectares.
The MLP Poznań West logistics park is one of the fastest expanding logistics centers owned by MLP Group. Its construction started in 2019. Currently, the entire existing plot has been developed, with more than 140,000 sqm of warehouse and office space available. All spaces have been 100% leased. W.P.I.P. was responsible for the development of all warehouse facilities within the MLP Poznań West project.

All the space offered so far has already been leased, and thus the entire park has been 100% commercialized. On the other hand, we have more tenants willing to conduct their business here. The use of green solutions, in addition to caring for the environment, ensures that tenants incur lower operating costs. The center is being built in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. All facilities are covered by BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. Photovoltaic panel installations are being installed on the roofs of the buildings. Infrastructure for cyclists, electric car charging stations and insect houses have been created in the park. Large glazing was used in the office part, which provides better access to daylight and ensures more favorable working conditions for employees.
The modern MLP Poznañ West distribution center is a complex located on the western side of Poznañ, next to the S11 expressway and just 7 km from the intersection of the A2 freeway and S11 route. The center is aimed primarily at companies in the e-commerce, logistics, distribution and light manufacturing sectors. Taking into account the additional plot, the MLP Poznań West project will ultimately provide more than 170,000 sqm of state-of-the-art warehouse and office space. Selected buildings have been awarded the prestigious BREEAM certificate.
