MLP Zgorzelec welcomes a new tenant

MLP Group has secured a new long-term lease agreement within the expanding MLP Zgorzelec logistics complex. HD Cosmetics, a leading distributor of cosmetics and hygiene products, will occupy approximately 1,300 m² of modern warehouse space. The full handover of the facility is scheduled for May this year, while an additional 100 m² of office and staff amenities will be completed by the beginning of the third quarter.

HD Cosmetics specializes in the sale of apparel, cosmetics, and hygiene products. Its diverse assortment includes everyday and sportswear, as well as skincare and fragrance cosmetics tailored to various skin types and preferences. Additionally, the company provides hygiene essentials that support daily care routines. With a strong focus on quality and safety, HD Cosmetics ensures that its products meet the highest standards, offering customers comfort and reliability.

MLP Zgorzelec is a newly developed logistics park spanning 11.86 hectares, offering a total of 50,600 m² of modern warehouse space. All facilities will undergo BREEAM certification at the “Excellent” level, ensuring high environmental efficiency and superior quality.

The park’s prime location provides seamless access to international markets. Situated just 8 km from the German border, 6 km from the A4 motorway, and 4 km from Zgorzelec’s city center, MLP Zgorzelec guarantees excellent transport links, enhancing supply chain efficiency for its tenants..
