A clothing distributor has leased 8.7 thousand sqm of modern space within the MLP Pruszków II logistics center. The finished facility is scheduled to be handed over in August 2024. MAXON NIeruchomości supported the tenant in the concluded transaction.
A company from the MLP Group capital group has concluded a lease agreement with a clothing distributor for the lease of a warehouse facility in the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. The tenant, which conducts sales through a chain of traditional stores and an online store, will use a total of 8.7 thousand sqm of modern space within the largest warehouse complex in the region. Of this, more than 8.1 thousand sqm will be used for warehousing purposes and running an online store, while the remaining 550 sqm will be modern office and social spaces. As agreed, the handover of the new facility is scheduled for August 2024. MAXON Nieruchomości assisted the tenant in concluding the transaction.

Construction of the new hall is already at an advanced stage, and we assume the handover of the finished space in August next year. The choice fell on the space in MLP Pruszków II. MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics center located near Warsaw, in the municipality of Brwinów, 5 km from Pruszków. It is the largest complex in the region, with a target lease area of 420,000 sqm. All new buildings have the prestigious BREEAM certificate. In line with MLP Group's ESG strategy, photovoltaic installations are being installed on the roofs. MLP Pruszków II has well-developed transport connections both with the center of Warsaw and with the main arteries connecting the capital with other cities.

The park is located between local road No. 760 and a section of the A2 highway, 3 km from the traffic junction located in the Pruszków-Zbikowo area. International railroad lines run in its vicinity, which provide excellent logistical conditions for both domestic and international distribution. The park has a bus stop and a Nextbike self-service bicycle rental station is in operation.
