A clothing distributor has leased 8.7 thousand sqm of modern space within the MLP Pruszków II logistics center. The finished facility is scheduled to be handed over in August 2024. MAXON NIeruchomości supported the tenant in the concluded transaction.
A company from the MLP Group capital group has concluded a lease agreement with a clothing distributor for the lease of a warehouse facility in the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. The tenant, which conducts sales through a chain of traditional stores and an online store, will use a total of 8.7 thousand sqm of modern space within the largest warehouse complex in the region. Of this, more than 8.1 thousand sqm will be used for warehousing purposes and running an online store, while the remaining 550 sqm will be modern office and social spaces. As agreed, the handover of the new facility is scheduled for August 2024. MAXON Nieruchomości assisted the tenant in concluding the transaction.

The choice fell on the space in MLP Pruszków II.
