During the annual Gala of Panattoni, the leader of the industrial real estate market in Europe, a charity auction was organized for the benefit of those affected by the war in Ukraine. The entire proceeds in the amount of 259,000 PLN (54,300 EUR), obtained from the auction of works by Polish artists, will be donated to the Polish Humanitarian Action.

Celebrating this evening, we could not remain indifferent to the shocking events taking place across our eastern border. Panattoni has been helping from the very beginning, including by providing vacant space to Ukrainian companies relocating their operations, or by supporting the Property4life campaign for refugees. We are extremely grateful to all the artists who donated their works for such a noble cause. I would also like to thank and congratulate all the buyers. Your generosity means improving living conditions for those most in need! – said Robert Dobrzycki, CEO & Co-owner of Panattoni in Europe, the UK, and India.
The auctioned works of Jacek Woźniak reached prices of: 5,000 EUR for "Human Corrida" and 6,800 EUR for the triptych "Children of War". A treat for collectors was the third work – a drawing that... was created on the night of the gala, in the Paris home of Jacek Woźniak – its subject matter was dependent on the mood, the events of the day, and inspiration. The buyer decided to pay 3,000 EUR for the unique drawing.
Sculptures of two carnival masks by Adam Wątor were sold for 3,400 EUR. A carnival mask by Paweł Kowalewski will contribute 2,400 EUR to the noble cause. The "Beautiful Stranger" mask by Hanna Bakuła was auctioned for 4,000 EUR. Two works by Lech Bator were also auctioned: "L.ego" – 2,220 EUR and "Concrette" – 5,500 EUR. The highest price of the auction was reached by the sculpture "Perseus" by Igor Mitoraj, which will go to its new owner for the amount of 22,000 EUR!
The Polish Humanitarian Action, to which all proceeds from the auction will be donated, has been operating in Ukraine since 2014 in areas affected by the war. It provides, among other things, food and hygiene products to internally displaced persons. To date, nearly 300,000 people have received help – especially the elderly, the disabled, children, and infants. The organization also conducts numerous projects - including the renovation of houses in Kyiv, the launch of 8 psychosocial centers, and the construction of temporary modular homes.
The Panattoni Gala took place on the night of October 20-21 at the Służewiec Horse Racing Track in Warsaw, and the theme was carnival. This is the ninth edition of the event, during which the industrial space developer recognized business partners, summarized the last year of operations, and above all, provided financial support to the Polish Humanitarian Action.
