Panattoni Park Czeladź V to be built in Silesia

Panattoni is expanding its investments in Silesia. The developer has just acquired land and is starting construction on its fifth logistics park in Czeladź, with an area of 36,500 sq m. Panattoni Park Czeladź V will be built in the eastern part of the city, where the developer has already located many of its previous investments, including the construction of a 67,000 sq m BTS facility for a well-known manufacturer of sports clothing and accessories announced in March of this year on an adjacent site.

„Silesia is the most populous (4.7 million inhabitants) and urbanized area in Poland (380 inhabitants/sq km) and one of the largest industrial centers in Central and Eastern Europe. As a result, it has become one of the key logistics hubs serving customers both in the region itself and beyond, including the Krakow area (approx. 3.3 million people). Thanks to easy access to key communication arteries, Silesia is also benefiting from new trends in logistics such as the development of e-commerce, or the consolidation and relocation of supply chains and light industrial processes from various locations across the country” – explains Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director at Panattoni.

Panattoni Park Czeladź V will be a modern class A facility with an area of 36,500 sq m, including nearly 2,700 sq m of office space. The facility will also be equipped with 107 docks. Its construction will start any moment, and tenants will be able to move in by the end of this year.

The park will be located in the strategic eastern part of Czeladź, in the vicinity of the junction of national roads No. 94 (Wrocław-Kraków) and No. 86 (Katowice-Łódź). The A4 motorway is located about 12 km south of the investment and the A1 motorway - 15 km west of the park. Katowice International Airport in Pyrzowice is located just 20 km away, the airport in Krakow – 75 km, and in Ostrava, Czech Republic – 120 km. Access to the park is possible by public transport (tram, bus), which will be a significant convenience for future employees.
