Panattoni, the largest developer and capital investor in the industrial and logistics real estate market in Europe, has sold a BTS facility, completed in Stargard, which will be used by the company TEDi. The building with an area of 87,000 sq m was purchased for 53 million euros by a German investor based in Dortmund.
The West Pomeranian market is one of the first in the country to have exceeded one million sq m of modern industrial space. The region benefits from an excellent location – including proximity to the north-western border and the Port of Szczecin-Świnoujście, which in the first half of 2022 alone handled 17.5 million tons of goods, increasing last year's results. Investors who find high-quality real estate in the Panattoni portfolio are increasingly reaching for modern industrial space in attractive locations.
The developer has finalized the sale transaction of the BTS facility, completed in Stargard, which will be used by the company TEDi – a German retail chain comprising over 2,700 stores across Europe. The facility with an area of 87,000 sq m has been acquired by a German investor. The company has gained a newly completed investment, equipped with a range of sustainable solutions, including in terms of energy efficiency, such as comprehensive metering or utility measurement divided into individual installations, as well as water consumption reduction, for example thanks to water-saving sanitary fittings.

The finalized BTS facility transaction confirms both the appetite for "green" investments and the enormous potential inherent in the West Pomeranian region, recognized by investors. Stargard is a key hub in the region, which allows for efficient access to Scandinavian markets, as well as numerous Western European ones, including Germany or the Netherlands – says
Dorota Jagodzińska, Managing Director at Panattoni. The investment purchased by the German investor was built 34 km from the A6 motorway, which is a continuation of the German A11 motorway and forms the Szczecin–Berlin connection as part of the international E28 road route running to Eastern European countries. The A6 is also part of the S3 expressway, which runs along the western border of Poland from the seaports of Szczecin-Świnoujście to the border with the Czech Republic in the south. The route is part of the international E65 corridor, connecting Sweden with Southern Europe. A short distance from Stargard is also the S10 route connecting the seaport complex with the Warsaw agglomeration (583 km). The Szczecin-Goleniów airport is also located near the facility.
