Prologis has announced the extension of its cooperation with Procan at Prologis Park Błonie. Under the new agreement, based on the Clear Lease® model, the client will continue to lease 2,300 sqm of warehouse space.
In total, along with the 7,600 sqm of space used in the adjacent building, Procan has nearly 10,000 sqm at its disposal in Prologis Park Błonie. The facilities serve as a handling center for sensitive goods, supporting logistics operations for e-commerce clients and companies operating in the B2B model.
Clear Lease® provides us with full cost predictability throughout its duration – which is crucial in the 3PL business model, based on precise calculation and long-term operational planning – explains Jacek Kawczak, Business Development Manager at Procan Logistyka.
One, fixed operating rate
The agreement concluded under the Clear Lease® model provides fixed service charges, eliminating unpredictable costs that often occur with standard contracts. The transparent cost structure, based on one, fixed operating rate, includes, among others, maintenance, repairs, and administration. Additional fees, such as utilities or taxes, are settled separately – according to actual consumption.
Procan is one of our long-term clients, with whom our cooperation has evolved over the years into a true, partnership relationship. The company is gradually expanding its presence in various Prologis locations, which we see as an expression of trust and confirmation of the quality of our cooperation – admits Piotr Lenczewski, Senior Leasing Manager at Prologis.
Procan is developing its operations in Prologis parks, using warehouse facilities in two locations – near Warsaw and Poznań.
