The Prologis team can consider the first half of 2025 to be very positive in Poland. Customers appreciate the quality of our warehouses and the standard of facility management, as well as their strategic location – near large cities, with easy access to transport infrastructure. A great example of such a park is Prologis Park Wrocław III, located just 10 km from the center of the capital of Lower Silesia, with easy access to the A4 motorway – explains
Michał Czarnecki, VP, Head of Leasing at Prologis.-
In addition, we also offer additional services as part of the Essentials platform. Thanks to it, customers can choose from a wide range of solutions – from the simplest ones, such as racking systems, to more complex ones like energy-related solutions or electric vehicle charging points – emphasizes
Michał Czarnecki.Prologis is achieving positive business results both in Poland and in other countries in the region.
In the Czech Republic, the leading logistics real estate company signed agreements for over 295,000 square meters, which contributed to achieving an occupancy rate of nearly 98%, 2 percentage points above the market average. In Hungary, Prologis concluded lease contracts for a total of over 113,000 square meters, thanks to which 97% of the company's portfolio in that country is leased, with the market average at around 87%. In Slovakia, agreements concluded for over 3,000 square meters allowed for an occupancy rate of nearly 95%.

Excellent business results in Central Europe once again confirm the professionalism of the Prologis team in all four countries of the region – states Paweł Sapek, SVP, Regional Head for Central Europe at Prologis. - It is particularly noteworthy that in all markets we can boast an occupancy rate exceeding the industry average. This is a source of pride for us and confirmation that customers and the market appreciate the quality of our buildings and services provided. The results are even more impressive, given the atmosphere of uncertainty that accompanied business in the first months of the year – adds the head of Prologis in Central Europe.
Prologis also remains active in the development field. In May of this year, Prologis began construction of a distribution and picking center for the company Schaeffler, a global leader in technology for the mobility industry. The 62,500 square meter facility was designed to meet BREEAM Outstanding requirements, the highest in the international sustainable building assessment standard. The investment also means the creation of a new logistics park in the Opole Voivodeship – Prologis Park Ujazd. On its premises, land is available enabling the construction of another 82,000 square meters of logistics or production space.
In the first quarter of 2025, Prologis commissioned a warehouse with an area of approximately 37,000 square meters at Prologis Park Ruda Śląska. Its first customer is the company TVH, a global supplier of parts and accessories for material handling, industrial, construction, and agricultural machinery. The company is leasing a total of 17,000 square meters of modern space. Thanks to the new building in Ruda Śląska, Prologis has exceeded 5 million square meters of space in the Central Europe region, i.e., in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.
Also in the first quarter of 2025, Prologis acquired Prologis Park Grodzisk. The logistics park with an area of nearly 70,000 square meters is located in the Warsaw region, one of the key ones for logistics and business in Poland.
