Regesta extends lease agreement at Park Tychy DC
Regesta continues its partnership with White Star Real Estate, an asset and property management company that has been providing beneficial solutions to developer clients and management investors for more than 25 years. As a result, the lease agreement for warehouse and office space in Park Tychy DC1, where Regesta's Logistics Center in Bierun is located, has been extended.
The decision to extend the contract was made in July 2023 and will remain in force for another 5 years.
Currently, REGESTA SA leases 17,500 sq.m. of logistics warehouse space.
