SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań Gądki leased for an extended period.
SEGRO has confirmed the extension of the lease contract with VOX, a leading brand in the interior design industry in Poland.The SEGRO warehouse park in Gądki covers an area of nearly 77,000 m2 and is located in the western region of Poland, situated 13 km from Poznań. Due to its location along the S11 road leading to Katowice and its proximity to the A2 motorway, it serves as a strategic point for distribution activities.
For three decades, the interior design brand VOX has been present on the Polish market. The brand's offer includes innovative products for furnishing homes and apartments. VOX also boasts a network of showrooms across the country and an e-commerce platform vox.pl, serving customers from 50 countries - from the USA through Mexico, to Australia and Taiwan.
Since 2021, VOX has been utilizing a space of 7,732 m2 at the SEGRO Logistics Park in Gądki. There, they conduct their warehousing and e-commerce operations, from where products are distributed to ten European countries and to customers in Poland through home delivery.
