Uni-logistics remains in MLP Pruszków I

MLP Group has concluded a new agreement with its customer. Under it, Uni-logistics has extended its lease of about 2,900 sqm at the logistics center near Warsaw for the next few years. Of this, it uses about 2,850 sqm for warehousing purposes, with an additional 60 sqm for social and office functions.

Uni-logistics has been operating in the international market since 2007. The company's area of activity is the TSL industry. For its operations, it maintains a network of its own logistics warehouses and has its own customs agency. As a result, the company provides efficient and comprehensive services in the transportation of various goods, including pharmaceuticals and oversized cargo.

- The MLP Pruszków I logistics center is our first and one of our most popular projects, which remains fully leased. Unfortunately, we have no room for further expansion here. Therefore, practically all tenants regularly extend their contracts. On the other hand, if any space becomes vacant it is very quickly occupied by new or existing tenants. Despite the fact that this is also our oldest center, the facilities are being systematically modernized and adjusted to our internal very high standards," said Agnieszka Góźdź, Member of the Management Board, Chief Development Officer at MLP Group S.A.

MLP Pruszków I is among the very popular logistics centers in the MLP Group portfolio among tenants. Its excellent location 19 kilometers from Warsaw and excellent expressway and highway connections to other regions of Poland make it an attractive place for entities from virtually every industry.

In total, MLP Pruszków I offers almost 170,000 sqm of modern warehouse and production space, used by nearly 40 tenants. In over 20 years of operation, the park has become a small town with its own internal infrastructure. The complex is located on a fenced and protected 24-hour area. Charging points for electric cars and hybrids have been set up at the center, using 100% photovoltaic energy. A city bike rental station is also available. The park has ample room for future growth for customers and a proportionately large percentage of parking spaces.

In accordance with its "build & hold" strategy, MLP Group keeps logistics parks in its portfolio after completion and manages them independently. All projects implemented by the Group are also distinguished by the very attractive location of logistics parks, the use of a built-to-suit solution and tenant support during the term of the lease.
