Panattoni closes lease in Poznań. New tenant occupies over 4,000 sqm.
Panattoni has completed the commercialization of two stages of the Panattoni Park Poznań XIV investment. The final tenant is 4M Pro&Invest, which has leased approximately 4,100 sqm of warehouse space.
The transaction confirms the sustained demand for modern logistics space in the Greater Poland region, especially among companies from the e-commerce sector.
E-commerce drives warehouse development in the region
4M Pro&Invest operates in the e-commerce industry and specializes in the sale of tires, rims, and automotive accessories. The new warehouse will allow the company to consolidate its logistics operations and prepare for further growth, including the launch of an online store under the brand felgaopona.pl.
Poznań and its surroundings remain a natural direction for expansion for companies involved in online retail, offering access to infrastructure and the labor market.
Facility adapted to the specifics of the business
The tenant will begin operations in the second quarter of 2026. By that time, the space will be appropriately prepared, including through:
- installation of warehouse racking,
- adjustment of aisle layout for system truck operation,
- installation of a sprinkler system,
- preparation of charging stations for warehouse equipment.
As part of the agreement, the company will also occupy approximately 190 sqm of office and social space.
Full commercialization of two investment stages
Signing the agreement with 4M Pro&Invest means the full leasing of two completed halls at Panattoni Park Poznań XIV. This is another example of growing tenant activity and the alignment of projects with real market needs.
Modern logistics park near Poznań
Ultimately, Panattoni Park Poznań XIV will include three halls with a total area of approximately 49,000 sqm. Two of them are already completed and leased, while the construction of the third – with an area of 28,000 sqm – is in the plans.
The complex is located in Głuchowo, approximately 6 km from the Poznań Zachód junction, which ensures quick access to the S5, S11, and A2 motorway.
BREEAM Excellent and ecological solutions
The investment meets high environmental standards and holds a BREEAM Excellent level certificate. As part of the project, the following were implemented, among others:
- preparation of roofs for photovoltaic installations,
- energy-efficient heating and cooling systems,
- modern VRF/VRV installations,
- over 12,000 sqm of green areas supporting biodiversity.
The Poznań warehouse market remains one of the most important in the country, and subsequent lease transactions confirm its stability and attractiveness for growing companies.
